It makes it easy to discover what’s available, understand your options, and take action without navigating multiple systems. Wellist supports your health and work-life balance with personalized support online or by phone. You can connect with a Wellbeing Specialist or explore on your own to access resources for mental health, caregiving, financial wellbeing, and everyday life.

Wellist provides access to information on all your company benefits, as well as free, subsidized, and full-priced community resources carefully vetted by the Wellist team. To prioritize the most cost-effective options, you can filter results using the navigation bar at the top of the Recommendations page.

You can choose your preferred language when you first visit Wellist, or update your language settings anytime in your profile. If you prefer to speak with someone by phone, you can call the Wellist Wellbeing Center. We offer real-time translation services to help you discuss your needs and understand available resources. After your call, Wellist will follow up with a personalized wellbeing plan translated into your preferred language within 3 business days.

Wellist is only available to Beth Israel Lahey Health employees. When you create your account, we’ll confirm your employee information and specific benefits elections so we can connect you with personalized support across the hundreds of resources available through BILH.
